How is my price determined?

Cabo Allow determines your price based on the one-way or round-trip service, according to what hotel your destination is

How and when can I book my transportation service?
  • Reservations are made only on our website or the phone number, click here, select the service of your choice and follow the instructions on the screen, you must be of legal age and have a credit, debit or PayPal card.
  • You can book 12 hour before your arrival, but it does not include stop at shopping centers such as Walmart, Costco, City Club, etc.
  • To enjoy grocery stop you must reserve 48 hours before your arrival.
  • If you want to go out of the city to the airport you must book 72 hours before your flight.
What happens if my flight is delayed for some reason, is there any extra charge?

No, but it is necessary to notify Cabo Allow about your delay as soon as possible, otherwise there will be no refund if it is not presented at the indicated time.

Where can I find my transportation at my arrival?

The driver would be waiting you in the terminal with your name written on a sign at the time of his arrival, in the same way he will be offering your drinks such as water and beer.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your service, you must do so 72 hours before your arrival, where you will get a full refund of the total cost.

If you cancel 48 hours before your arrival you will be reimbursed 50% of the total cost of the service, this due to the expenses incurred for your arrival.

If you decide to cancel the service on the same day of your arrival you will not get any refund, due to the transportation costs and expenses incurred for your arrival.

Do the drivers speak english and spanish?

Absolutely, they are trained to help you with everything you need during your trip.

What is the policy of lost and found?

Cabo Allow is not responsible for forgotten objects in the units, the client is responsible for taking care of their belongings at all times.
If you forget any item in our units, you have a period of 15 days to recover them as long as you certify that they are your property
